Shipping and Payment

As of: 4 October 2026

Countries of delivery

We ship from Germany with DHL and parcel tracking. We deliver to all Member States of the European Union, to Monaco, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We do not deliver subscriptions to Monaco. You can also see the current list of countries at the checkout when you choose the country of delivery.

If delivery to a country is temporarily not possible, we will show you this at the latest at the beginning of the ordering process. You will then incur no costs.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs apply per delivery and include statutory value added tax.

Country of delivery	Shipping costs per delivery	Free from goods value of
Germany	5.90 EUR	49.00 EUR
other EU Member States and Monaco	15.90 EUR	89.00 EUR
Switzerland and Liechtenstein	18.90 EUR	129.00 EUR

You see the shipping costs of your order in the summary at the checkout before you order. For a subscription, the shipping costs are incurred with every delivery, in the amount that applied when the subscription was concluded; whether the threshold for free shipping is reached depends on the value of the subscription products in a delivery (Subscription Terms).

Delivery time

We deliver within the following periods, counted from receipt of your payment and including our processing time:

Country of delivery	Delivery within
Germany	2 to 4 working days
other EU Member States and Monaco	3 to 8 working days
Switzerland and Liechtenstein	5 to 12 working days

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory public holidays at the place of dispatch, Hilden (North Rhine-Westphalia). You can also see the delivery time for your country of delivery on the product page and at the checkout. As soon as we have handed your parcel over to DHL, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the link to parcel tracking. For a subscription, the period applies to every subsequent delivery counted from the successful charge.

Delivery notifications from DHL

DHL can inform you of the delivery by email. We only pass on your email address for this if you tick the corresponding box at the checkout. If you do not tick the box, you receive the shipping confirmation with the tracking number only from us.

Partial deliveries

We deliver all goods of an order that were ordered as one-time purchases together in one shipment.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein: customs

Deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein go from the EU to a third country. As the recipient, you bear customs duties, import charges and customs clearance fees. You pay these amounts to the parcel carrier, not to us.

Payment

You see which means of payment we accept in the list on this page, in the cart and at the checkout, that is, before you start the order. Our payment service provider Stripe processes the payment for all means of payment. After you click "Order with obligation to pay", we redirect you to the Stripe payment page; there you choose one of the accepted means of payment. You enter your payment details directly with Stripe; we do not store them.

The amount is charged when you complete the payment on the payment page. For means of payment whose confirmation takes longer, the delivery period begins only upon receipt of the payment. If you do not complete the payment within 45 minutes, nothing is charged and the order is cancelled automatically.

If on the payment page you choose a means of payment of a further provider, that provider's terms, to which you are referred there, apply additionally to the payment.

Subscriptions are charged automatically per delivery at the chosen interval via the stored means of payment. We remind you by email three calendar days before every charge.

Invoice

As a private customer, you receive an invoice on request: via "Request invoice" in your customer account or by email to support@rinsumila.com with your order number. If you order as a business with a VAT ID, we send you the invoice automatically by email.

Refunds

Refunds go to the means of payment with which you paid. When the credit becomes visible to you depends on the means of payment and your payment provider.
