Subscription Terms
As of: 4 October 2026
These Subscription Terms supplement our T&Cs (https://rinsumila.com/en/legal/terms) for orders as a subscription. Unless stated otherwise here, the T&Cs apply.
§ 1 What the subscription is
(1) With a subscription, we deliver the chosen products to you regularly at the chosen interval until the subscription ends under § 7. The subscription runs for an indefinite period. There is no minimum term.
(2) You can take out a subscription only with a customer account and only for products for which we offer a subscription price. A subscription is not possible with a VAT ID.
(3) You choose the interval when ordering: one delivery every 30, 45 or 60 days. The interval applies to all subscription products of an order.
§ 2 Price and shipping costs
(1) For each delivery you pay the subscription price that applied to the respective product when the subscription was taken out. You see the subscription price on the product page and in the summary before submitting the order.
(2) Each delivery is subject to the shipping costs of the country of delivery under § 5 para. 2 of the T&Cs that applied when the subscription was taken out. Whether the threshold for free shipping is reached depends on the value of the subscription products in one delivery.
(3) Before you click "Order with obligation to pay", we show you for your subscription, in a prominent way: that it is for an indefinite period and has no minimum term, the total price of each subsequent delivery including shipping costs and the delivery interval, the approximate total monthly cost (total price per subsequent delivery times 30 divided by the number of days of your interval, rounded) and that you can cancel at any time effective at the end of the delivery period already paid for. If your order also contains products without a subscription, only the subscription products count for the subsequent price.
(4) A discount code applies only to the first delivery. The total price of the subsequent deliveries is stated without this discount.
(5) The price and shipping costs of your subscription change only under § 8.
§ 3 First delivery and debits
(1) § 3 of the T&Cs governs the conclusion of the contract. You pay for the first delivery when completing the order. We ship it after receipt of payment like a normal order. After completion you receive an email that your subscription has started.
(2) After that, we debit automatically at the chosen interval via the means of payment stored with Stripe: the first subsequent debit 30, 45 or 60 days after the first payment, then at the same interval each time. Each debit pays for exactly one delivery. You can see the date of the next delivery in your customer account. For each subsequent delivery, the delivery periods under § 6 para. 3 of the T&Cs apply from the successful debit.
(3) We ship a subsequent delivery only once the debit has been successful. If a debit fails, we inform you by email. Via the link in that email you can update your means of payment.
(4) Three calendar days before each debit, we send you a reminder by email with the date of the debit and the total amount stored with Stripe for it. You can unsubscribe from this reminder via the link in the email.
§ 4 Pausing
(1) In your customer account you can pause the subscription for up to 90 days. During the pause we debit nothing and deliver nothing.
(2) You can resume the subscription at any time before the pause ends. When the pause ends, the subscription continues at the chosen interval.
§ 5 Skipping the next delivery
In your customer account you can skip the next upcoming delivery. For that delivery we debit nothing and deliver nothing. The following debit takes place at the usual interval.
§ 6 Changing the interval
In your customer account you can change the interval to 30, 45 or 60 days at any time. The date of the next debit stays the same; from then on the new interval applies. The amount per delivery stays the same; the total monthly cost changes with the interval. There is no pro rata settlement.
§ 7 Cancellation
(1) You can cancel the subscription in the ordinary way at any time without giving reasons, in one of these ways:
- in your customer account under Subscriptions,
- without logging in, via the button "Cancel contracts here", which takes you to the page https://rinsumila.com/en/abo-kuendigen. There you choose whether you cancel in the ordinary or the extraordinary way, and for an extraordinary cancellation you state the reason. You also state your name and the email address of your subscription, optionally the subscription or order number, and choose the time at which the subscription is to end: "as soon as possible" (preselected) or a date. With the button "Cancel now" you submit the cancellation,
- in text form, for example by email to support@rinsumila.com or by letter to TopieT GmbH, Giesenheide 40, 40724 Hilden, Germany.
(2) The ordinary cancellation takes effect at the earliest possible time, which is the end of the current delivery period for which a debit has already been made. You will still receive a delivery that you have already paid for. If you cancel before the next debit effective at the earliest possible time, that debit does not take place. If you choose a later end date, the agreed debits and deliveries continue until then. After the end, we debit nothing more and deliver nothing more. If you do not state a time, or if the chosen date is before the earliest possible time, the cancellation takes effect at the earliest possible time.
(3) The right of both sides to extraordinary cancellation for good cause remains unaffected. If you cancel in the extraordinary way, the subscription ends immediately upon receipt of the cancellation and we debit nothing more. Amounts already paid are not refunded automatically in that case; we examine the reason stated and refund to the extent you are entitled to it.
(4) If you cancel via the cancellation button, we immediately confirm to you by email the content of your cancellation, the date and time of its receipt and the time at which the subscription ends. The cancellation is effective upon its receipt. If we cannot immediately assign it automatically to a subscription, we assign it manually and then tell you the time at which the subscription ends; the effect from receipt remains.
(5) We may also cancel the subscription in the ordinary way, with four weeks' notice to the end of a delivery period. We declare the cancellation by email to the address of your customer account. Deliveries that you have already paid for before the cancellation takes effect will still be delivered. Your right to cancel remains unaffected.
§ 8 Price changes
(1) Changes to the subscription price or the shipping costs apply only with your express consent. Without consent, the previous amounts continue to apply. If you do not consent, we may cancel the subscription in the ordinary way under § 7 para. 5.
(2) Your silence does not count as consent, neither to a change of the amounts nor to a change of these Subscription Terms or the T&Cs.
§ 9 Right of withdrawal for the subscription
(1) As a consumer you can withdraw from the subscription contract within 14 days without giving reasons. Because the subscription is aimed at the regular delivery of goods, the period begins on the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the first good. No new withdrawal period begins for the subsequent deliveries.
(2) A withdrawal ends the entire subscription. Details, in particular on return, refund and on the exclusion for opened sealed matcha, are set out in the Instructions on Withdrawal for subscriptions (https://rinsumila.com/en/returns). You can withdraw online via the "Withdraw from contract" function (https://rinsumila.com/en/widerruf).
(3) Withdrawal and cancellation are different things: with the withdrawal you undo the contract as a whole, with the cancellation you end the subscription for the future (§ 7).
