Matcha needs a little water, milk and ice. The bamboo whisk does the rest. 1. i. ### Measure and sieve Two heaped bamboo scoops of DAILY through a fine sieve into a bowl. That keeps it free of lumps. 2 g 2. ii. ### A little water, whisk About 30 ml of warm water, not boiling, then whisk with the chasen in a zigzag motion until you have a smooth, frothy paste. With little water the matcha stays bold next to milk and ice. 30 ml · about 75 °C · about 20 s 3. iii. ### Pour over ice Fill a glass with ice, add 200 ml of cold milk or oat drink, then the matcha on top.
