For PURE in the bowl, leave out milk and ice and use about 70 ml of water. ![](https://rinsumila.com/images/rinsumila/scene-sieve.jpg)2 gi. ### Measure and sieve Two heaped bamboo scoops of DAILY through a fine sieve into a bowl. That keeps it free of lumps. ![](https://rinsumila.com/images/rinsumila/scene-whisk.jpg)30 ml · about 75 °C · about 20 sii. ### A little water, whisk About 30 ml of warm water, not boiling, then whisk with the chasen in a zigzag motion until you have a smooth, frothy paste. Stir, or leave the swirls. In the softened light the young leaves become more tender and sweeter.
